3 Simple Ratios to determine how fit an individual are – 

 

1. BMI (Body Mass Index): It is simply the ratio of weight (in kgs) to square of height (in m)

2. WHtR (Waist to Height Ratio): Circumference of the belly should be half the height – ideally lesser

3. WHR (Waist to Hip Ratio): It is the ratio of waist to hips of an individual
