Different ways to check gluten sensitivity are – 

 

  1. Get a Gene Test done: this test checks the DNA obtained from saliva and reads the code for different sensitivity markers.
  2. Resting Heart rate: Check your resting heart rate for a week while eating regular food. After that eliminate gluten from your diet and measure resting heart rate for a week. If your resting heart rate drops, it means your body is recovering.
  3. 21-days Test: Simply remove gluten from your diet for 21 days and see if there are improvements. If you find progress, you might like to extend the 21 days of elimination to 90 days.
