  1. Sleep: At least 7 hours of sleep for healthy adults.
  2. For Proper Digestion: At least 2-3 hours gap between dinner and sleep.
  3.  Morning Ritual: Drinking lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning aids in digestion and hydrates the body, thereby kickstarting the metabolism.
  4. Vitamin D: Basking in the morning is the best source of Vitamin D.
  5. Water: It is advised to drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day for proper functioning of cells/body.
  6. Exercise: One should aim for for at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity every day.
