Loved it

I had very severe sinusitis allergy but since I have started taking this on empty stomach. I guess omega 3 in it has helped me reduce it to considerable level.

What is Bilona Method?
Bilona is an ancient method of making ghee. The milk collected is boiled and cooled. Subsequently, a spoonful of curd is added to it and kept overnight at room temperature. The curd is repeatedly churned clockwise and anti-clockwise to extract Makkhan (butter) from it. The Makkhan is heated till the water is evaporated and the milk solids have sunk to the bottom, thereby giving a clear liquid i.e A3 Ghee
Why is A2 Gir Cow Ghee is expensive compared to other ghee?
As compared to Hybrid Cows that produces 30-35 litres, Gir Cows can only produce 8-10 litres of milk every day. – It takes 25-30 litres of Milk to produce 1 litre of A3 Ghee using Bilona Method. – We only feed green grass to our Gir Cows.
