LAKADONG TURMERIC
A tiny village at the foothills of West Jaintia hills in Meghalaya, is the birth place of the world's finest variety of Haldi. Lakadong Turmeric has a high curcumin content of more than 7%, as against 2-3% found in regular varieties available in the market.

3. Washing, Slicing and Drying: Rhizomes are washed with water, cut into slices and finally dried in a solar dehydrator.
4. Grinding: Finally, the dried slices are grounded to powder in a grinder.
